Can I adapt an activity in the SoW / Teachers guide to suit my own timings?
SoW and Teacher Guide activities are to be used as a guide and are not set in stone. The teacher may choose certain activities while leaving others, ultimately, always adapting to the needs of their cohort and schedule.
