Will there be a separate book with all the stories / sirah?

Shaikh Shahin, [2 May 2023 at 11:39:59]:

This wouldn’t work, for a number of reasons. We’ve discussed some in previous conversations on this group

One is that people will rely on these and ditch the rest of the syllabus

But another aspect is that our sirah chapters and stories of the prophets aren’t entirely linear. They’re in stages and are repeated

For example, TB1 and TB2 cover an overview of the sirah in its entirety. Then in TB3 to TB6, the sirah is split across the four books, with more depth in each chapter

We do the same thing in the fiqh and ʿaqīdah chapters. So in salah, you learn the absolute foundations. Then the next year, you recap those foundations and build on it. The following year, you build further and now it starts to become more linear

We certainly have enough content to compile all the sirah chapters or into one book and all the stories of the prophets into another, but it won’t read very well. It’ll feel out of place and sporadic, with each chapter aimed at a different audience
