Do Safar Publications offer credit?

As we are a not for profit organisation, we massively rely on all the funds we receive from orders to create and re print our publications and resources. Due to this we strictly do not offer any credit. All orders must be paid in full before they are dispatched.

We have two payment methods available:

1. Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express)
2. Bank Transfer 

1. Credit/ Debit Card: 
Most of our customers pay via card as the payments are processed immediately, allowing us to dispatch your order without any delays. All credit/debit card payments are processed by company called Stripe. Many large and reputable organizations use Stripe because it is secure, quick and easy to use.

2. Bank Transfer: 
Most UK bank transfers are processed straight away. International Bank Transfers can at times take a few days to clear. 
When paying via bank transfer, please ensure you use your order reference number (this will be in your confirmation emails and in your order history details within your account) as the payment reference so we know which order the payment has been made for.

Orders are only processed after the complete payment has been received.

We do not accept cheques 

We do not have Paypal set up as a payment method yet and may look into introducing it in the future insha'allah.
