Every Safar book is more than ink on paper. It’s the result of sincere intention, expert research, thoughtful design, and heartfelt duʿāʾ — all to serve learners with clarity, beauty, and authenticity.

The Process

Brainstorm & Plan

Deep-dive sessions with Shaykh Hasan and team. Topics range from modernity and mental health to feedback from ʿulamāʾ in the UK and abroad. One lesson may spark 4–5 planning rounds.

Research & Draft

Writers consult 20+ classical texts per unit. Some chapters begin with original Arabic translations never before rendered into English.

Edit & Refine

Each chapter goes through 12–15 rounds. Tracked comments often exceed 200. We even read passages aloud to test pacing and clarity for learners.

Design & Illustrate

This step includes:

Concept → Idea Board → Layout → Sketches → Hand-Drawn Art → Colour → Final Layout

One chapter can take 4–6 weeks. Some visuals are redrawn 6+ times to get meaning across.

Final Checks

Line-by-line proofing, student testing, and

Flesch-Kincaid readability checks before sign-off. Real learners are used to ensure it’s both challenging and clear.
